is based in bridging Western and Eastern Medicine practices in order to treat the whole person. Twenty-five years of experience has informed my blended perspective. It is my goal to help clients identify areas that are out of balance to develop improved self-care routines at home to best support health, function, and well being. Guiding clients through touch, movement, and dialogue helps facilitate improved outcomes in recovery from various injuries.

I earned my masters in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in 2012, and have a background in treatment of neurological disorders, cardiovascular impairments as well as a variety of upper and lower extremity orthopedic conditions. I have post-graduate training in pelvic floor dysfunction where my goal is to empower women to listen to the wisdom of their bodies and facilitate optimal healing as a partnership.
As a former Division I athlete, I understand the value of safely returning to the important activities of daily life. Sadie Haubrich, MS, OTR/L, NTPI’m Sadie, a board certified Occupational Therapist. I grew up in New Hampshire and earned my degree at the University of New England in Portland, Maine. Since becoming an OT, I have worked in a variety of settings with patients across the lifespan including early intervention, home-based pediatrics, acute rehabilitation, industrial rehabilitation, and school based therapy.
My passion for helping people through a holistic lens runs deep and I aim to foster an environment that allows my patients to flourish and feel confident in themselves. I specialize in pediatrics and feel strongly that child-led free play is a crucial part of child development. My goal is to reignite children's imaginations and creative expression and encourage outdoor play as much as possible in order to improve their sensory, motor, and cognitive skills. Beyond work, I enjoy cooking, dancing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family!" |

I have a strong desire for helping and healing and I love working with individuals across the lifespan but have always had a special interest in working with children. I also received more extensive training in sound therapies and am a provider of iLs and SSP to children and adults. |
Michelle Rosimo, Admin Assistant & Prospective Occupational Therapy StudentI graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a B.S. in Applied Human Biology. My background in anatomy and psychology has helped me cultivate a hope for individuals to move towards wholeness by being mOTivated to be an active participant in what they need and love to do!
My goal as a prospective Asian-American OT student is to close the gap in understanding and serving minority communities. I plan to do this by highlighting the importance it brings in aiding healing and focusing on the mind-body connection as I have seen here at Holistic Orthopedics. Additionally, I aspire to incorporate my love for dance and the community by building a better foundation for beginning adult dancers to have the knowledge of proper body alignment in relation to their personal body mechanics to modify warm-up techniques as necessary to fully participate and enjoy dance! |
