We offer Yoga and Pilates to our patients. These are a fun way to get your body moving! Don't be worried about your current fitness level - these are very gentle practices that are beneficial for all bodies and ages. The results we are seeing in our patients: decreased pain, toned abdominal muscles with strengthened hip and pelvic floor, improved posture, reduced stress, and enhanced flexibility. Classes are directed by both OT and Yoga/Pilates instructors to ensure safe, quality movement. ~Sessions are billed to insurance~
