A certified hand therapist (CHT) holds a nationally recognized certification which includes at least five years experience in hand therapy with 4,000 hours or more in direct practice in hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders. A CHT has successfully passed their national examination.

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, Bridgespan, Anthem, Premera, Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Medicare, Kaiser Permanente PPO, Lifewise, and Labor & Industries. We also take personal injury and MVA claims. If your insurance provider is not listed with us, we are still able to offer you services.
